“All I need and want today is a kite and string” says 46 year old Timothy.

Originally from Georgia he has been in West L.A. for the past 7 years. “You see….I can promise you that if you go fly a kite, it will relax you. It will take your life away and bring it back…I don’t care who you are…it will”.

At 12 he lost both his parents. That did not stop is desire for knowledge and eventually he graduated with honors from school in Gary, Indiana never having missed a day. He continued to learn.

And as for today, all he wants is to get his head back together. “Today, it started off terribly…and getting better now….I’d give it a 4 out of 10…It’s still early”.

“What confuses me is fighting the feelings of another person….I just don’t do it. I fight my own feeling and hence, I will never be confused”.
