Sarah. Timid, Shy and Quiet. Beautiful and Humble.

Born in North Carolina, this Mother of 7 living on the streets of Downtown Los Angeles, considers herself blessed. “I love it here” she says. God got me here for a reason and I am grateful for living. What is that reason I ask? “I guess to do things and make a difference” she answers.

“Stay in School, get an education and graduate” are her words of encouragement to today’s youth.

“I would love to get me an apartment. I haven’t had one since I was in my 40’s. It’s been a long time”.

According to Sarah, the people in Los Angeles are “Cool, They Cool! Everyone I meet are good, and they treat me and respect me good”.

“I am Blessed”.
